Established in 2004, Golden Home Real Estate launched its real estate activities in Sharjah covering all aspects of Real Estate services. From Property Management, buying and selling, leasing, feasibility studies, evaluation and, freehold properties, with special focus on big investor’s requirements.
In the year 2022 the company started its operation in Dubai under the name Golden White Real Estate, focusing on bulk transactions like plots and buildings mainly. Same year, we started our operations in Ajman covering all aspects of the real estate activities.
The company resembles family business in the first place associating with high expertise in the field. We are operating based on extensive expertise in real estate market in UAE with deep knowledge of the requirements of the local culture with all its varieties. The company’s activity in Dubai witnessed noticeable revenue, which reflected on the family decision to expand the activities in the city to cover most markets (Secondary, Off-plan, Leasing and Renting) as well as to cover wider range of properties like villas, penthouses, townhouses, and appartments.
